Custom Lists

While your Daily Log and your Monthly Log manage your integrated overall life, there are projects, professional demands, or specific contexts that need an isolated space so as not to pollute your main radar.

For this, we created Custom Lists. They are not simple static checklists: each created list works exactly like an independent mini-Lida.

🔄 How does a List work?

When creating or accessing a Custom List, you keep all the superpowers of the main ecosystem:

• Dual Structure: Each list has its own view of Daily Log and Monthly Log.
• Intelligent Capture: The NLP engine remains active. You can type "Alignment meeting tomorrow at 3pm" inside the list, and it will perfectly understand and schedule the item within that isolated context.

⚡ Integration with the Main Screen (Anchoring)

The biggest differentiator of Lida's Custom Lists is the capability of inclusion in your daily life. You can choose to bring the context of a list directly to your main dashboard:

1. Collapsible Block: By enabling inclusion, the list appears elegantly and collapsibly directly on your main screen.
2. Cognitive Load Under Control: You can expand the list to work on it and collapse it shortly after, removing visual noise when you need to focus on other demands.
3. Unified Intelligence: The items contained in the included lists are actively read and computed by the Artificial Intelligence when generating your Mentorships and Insights.

✅ Simple Checklist

In addition to complete lists with NLP, you can create a Simple Checklist — a focused list type without natural language interpretation.

• No NLP: Add items with plain text, without automatic scheduling of dates or types.
• Visual Priority: Completed items automatically go to the bottom of the list, keeping the focus on open items.
• Simplified Menu: Context actions are reduced — just edit, assign, and delete — with no options for rescheduling or type changing.
• Distinct Icon: The Simple Checklist appears with a checkbox icon in the sidebar menu, visually differentiating it from standard lists.
